When checking in, carefully inspect the room
Pay attention to the condition of the property in the room, the room's furnishings, hard and soft equipment and utensils. If you find any problems or damaged property, contact a hotel employee (maid, administrator or security guard).
Use the hotel property for its intended purpose
If the property is lost or damaged, you will need to reimburse its value according to the current price list (full cost or repair). The price list is in the guest's folder in the room, with the administrator
If, when checking out or replacing linen in your room, stains are found on the linen (from wine, coffee, grease, juice, blood, paint, etc.), this property is considered damaged. You will be required to reimburse the cost according to the price list.
If you need to clean the room
Contact the maid or put a sign on the room door asking them to clean the room.
Keep quiet
From 22.00 to 08.00, do not turn on the TV volume loudly, do not make noise in the room. Your neighbors on the floor may already be resting and need silence. On the territory of the Amur Region, the Law of the Amur Region “On Administrative Responsibility in the Amur Region” is in force.
Smoking is PROHIBITED in all rooms
Based on Art. 12 clause 5 of the Federal Law of February 23, 2013 No. 15-FZ “On protecting the health of citizens from the effects of environmental tobacco smoke and the consequences of tobacco consumption”, Smoking in rooms and on the territory of the hotel is PROHIBITED
Consider the order in which guests visit
Guests (outsiders) staying in the room must leave the room at 11:00 p.m.
Pets are NOT allowed in the hotel
We understand that your pet is an important part of your family, but we have certain rules and restrictions that we must adhere to in order to ensure a comfortable stay for all our guests.
After your paid stay
Please rent out your room by contacting a hotel employee (maid, administrator or security guard). Give your electronic room key to the administrator. If the key remains with you, the room is considered not rented out, and you must pay the cost of the room for the time the key is actually in your possession.
Extension of stay in the room is available, with an hourly supplement (no more than 6 hours)
